How to place an order

To place an order, simply browse our website, select the desired products, and reach out to us directly to service@topelles.com or send a message to +86-15275217904. Then you will get the retail prices or wholesale pricing accordingly. 

Regarding the custom orders

For custom-made orders, you can check our website for the item you would like to purchase, to find the perfect base size, or construction base you like. If you cannot find any, please save some pictures for reference.You can also send us the order form with the template and hair sample. 

Send your requests for color, length, density, base size or item SKU, cap construction and any photos if you want a custom color to service@topelles.com, and we will provide a quote for you.

If the color you are going to customized is complicated, we have more options.

COLOR SAMPLE

Simply cut or collect around 2g of your hair sample, send to us.  We have a professional colorist who can match the color of your sample to your order.

COLOR RING

If you would like to confirm your color for the custom order, you can purchase a color ring from our website. 

Regarding the payment methods

We accept various payment methods, including PayPal, West Union and Bank Transfer. Please contact us for more information before placing an order. 

Regarding the shipping methods

We ship products via DHL, FedEx or UPS from China, and we can accommodate special shipping requests upon request.

Regarding confirmation email
